How a case is processed

IbrahimOS provides AI-assisted information organization and decision support. It does not independently diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace qualified healthcare professionals.

1. Upload a document to a case. Files stay on the server. The browser does not receive storage credentials.
2. Scanned files are prepared for text extraction. Consultation audio can be transcribed, then drafted into a note the clinician approves.
3. Amazon Bedrock extracts findings, chronology, gaps, and conflicts from the authorized text.
4. Organization-approved protocols can be retrieved from a knowledge base. That material is reference context, not an unquestionable medical authority.
5. The case brief is labeled AI-generated. A professional reviews, approves, edits, or dismisses it. Nothing is confirmed silently.
